A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 7+ years of complex litigation experience to join its Employment Litigation Group in Denver. Key Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys in all phases of employment litigation, including federal and state court matters, agency proceedings, and internal investigations.
  • Manage complex litigation files from inception through trial or resolution, ensuring deadlines, filings, and project milestones are met.
  • Handle large-scale document reviews, productions, and case management tasks with Relativity or a comparable eDiscovery platform.
  • Assist with drafting, formatting, and finalizing pleadings, discovery responses, deposition summaries, cite checks, and trial preparation materials.
  • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and expert witnesses, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Prepare and organize exhibits, chronologies, discovery indices, and case binders.
  • Conduct legal and factual research using resources such as Westlaw, Lexis, and internal databases.
  • Manage and maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, discovery schedules, and hearing dates.
  • Support attorneys at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of complex litigation experience, preferably within employment litigation or another high-volume, complex practice area.
  • Strong understanding of federal and Colorado state court rules, e-filing procedures, and litigation workflows.
  • Mandatory proficiency with Relativity or a comparable eDiscovery review tool.
  • Demonstrated experience handling substantial document productions and managing large datasets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a national or multi-office firm environment.
  • Familiarity with employment-related claims, agency charges, or internal investigations.
  • Proficiency in additional litigation support tools (CaseMap, TrialDirector, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits

The firm is offering a base salary of $90,000 - $115,000 commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits program, professional development resources, and opportunities for long-term career growth.
